I’m currently charging $60/hour for all client work, billed in half-hour intervals.
On-site Fees
In addition to my hourly rate, I charge $30 for all on-site work to cover travel time and expenses for appointments made in Orange County, NC. If you live outside of Orange County there may be additional fees to cover travel time.
Parts
I charge current market prices for all equipment used. I try to keep basic parts on-hand to expedite installations and repairs, but some parts may need to be special ordered. I am happy to use customer provided equipment whenever possible.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me as far in advance as possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $30 fee.
Payment
I accept personal checks and cash, typically collected at time of service. Online payment through Intuit Payment Network is also available.
